R&R Villa – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which guests may cancel a reservation at R&R Villa and the conditions for refunds. By booking a stay, guests agree to the terms below.
- Standard Cancellation Terms
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:
30+ Days Before Arrival
- Full refund of all amounts paid.
7–14 Days Before Arrival
- 50% refund of the total booking amount.
2 Days or Fewer Before Arrival
- No refund will be issued.
No‑Shows & Early Departures
- Non‑refundable.
- No credit or refund is provided for unused nights.
- Third‑Party Booking Platforms
If your reservation was made through a third‑party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com):
- The platform’s cancellation policy applies.
- Refunds must be requested directly through the platform.
- R&R Villa cannot override or modify third‑party policies.
- Date Changes & Modifications
- Requests to modify dates are subject to availability.
- Rate differences may apply.
- A modification is not confirmed until written approval is provided.
- If new dates fall into a higher‑rate period, the guest is responsible for the difference.
- Cancellations by R&R Villa
R&R Villa reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to:
- Safety concerns
- Property damage
- Maintenance emergencies
- Force majeure events (see Section 6)
In such cases:
- Guests will receive a full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability)
R&R Villa is not responsible for additional costs such as flights or transportation.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Guests will receive written confirmation once a refund has been initiated.
- Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Utility outages
- Airline disruptions
- Acts of God
In such cases, R&R Villa may offer alternative dates where feasible.
- Travel Insurance Recommendation
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect against:
- Unexpected cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Weather‑related disruptions
- Lost travel days
Insurance can help recover costs not covered by this policy.
